Happy New Year everyone!
Once again I feel a need to apologize for my lack of posting! I’ve had so much to do lately and blogging has become the last thing on my mind!
I hope 2013 has been awesome for every single one of you, and if it hasn’t, I hope 2014 is a new, fresh start for you.
2013 has been great for me; I graduated high school, started college at Liberty University, finished off my first semester with good grades, made life long friends, laughed until I cried on multiple occasions, and learned a lot about myself.
I am choosing to make 2014 just as amazing as last year and part of that is with my resolutions (I always try to keep my resolutions in reason so I’m less likely fail and then feel bad).
Resolution #1: Smile more.
Ever noticed the power of a smile? It can often change the attitudes of everyone around you. Smile at strangers! You never know what kind of difference you could make in them with the power of smiling.
Resolution #2: Eat cleaner.
I’m jumping on the “clean eating” bandwagon. I’m allowing myself some wiggle room for cheat days but for the most part, I’m cutting out processed food. It’s going to be a struggle mostly because of Doritos (MY WEAKNESS) but I’ve already been eating clean for a few days now and I already feel much healthier and better!
